Yoga Nidra - Guided Session

A whole hour of guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice which takes the body and mind to a state of deep relaxation. The practice originates from Tantric Yoga and involves a number of stages such as intention setting (Sankalpa), rotation of consciousness, focus on the breath and visualisation.

Intermediate Pilates Course

Starts Monday 23rd February 2026 and continues on the following dates - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March 2026

at 7.15pm to 8.15 pm

A 6 week course focusing on Pilates at intermediate level. With a maximum of 7 participants the small size of the group allows for more focused attention on each student.

Spring Equinox Afternoon Retreat

As we prepare to leave the winter months behind and embrace the arrival of the Spring ( a season of growth and renewal) this energising event celebrates the changing of the season. The event will start with a challenge - to perform 108 Sun Salutations. This is followed by a relaxing Spring themed Yoga Nidra. , an energising yoga class, breath work and intention setting.

(note if you feel unable to do the full 108 salutations you can set your own personal challenge)
