Come and join us for an afternoon of gentle relaxing activities. After some warm yin yoga to stretch the body we will explore some breathing practices, some guided relaxation practices and a stretching workshop.

Welcome the arrival of the winter months with this relaxing 90 minute class by candle light. Slowing down the pace this longer class will allow more time for the breathwork/ pranayama, relaxation and meditation aspects of the practice of Yoga.
Come and snuggle in our studio and enjoy the simple pleasures of contentment and togetherness.
Mindfulness Practice Night

If you have not practices mindfulness before this is an excellent opportunity to try out mindfulness and meditation. If you have a practice this is a great way to sustain your practice whilst practising as a group.
In these monthly sessions we relax and meditate together with an opportunity to share the experience in group discussion after each practice. Give it a go!
