In this three hour session we will learn a number of different relaxation practices and techniques to create a sense of calmness, to let go off stress and to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system. We will explore ;

  • Using breath to relax

  • Autogenic relaxation

  • Mindful movement

  • Meditation

  • Visualisation

  • Yoga Nidra.
