A six week course to explore and work on some of the Pilates exercises which go beyond beginners level. In this course we work with a small number of participants to allow more attention.

Starts Monday 12th January 2026 and runs on the following subsequent days - 19th, 26th January and 2nd, 9th and 16th February.

After the indulgence of Christmas the body needs to detox. In this 90 minute class we will incorporate plenty of twists, stretches and strengthening asanas to kick start the body again.

Stretch and Restore workshop

In this two hour workshop we will explore the different ways to stretch the body. We will learn how to breathe into a stretch and relaxation techniques which make stretching easier. A super relaxing afternoon.

Join us for this wonderfully relaxing afternoon of Yoga, pilates, relaxation, gentle breathing and mindfulness practices. When we incorporate mindfulness to our yoga practice we become aware of how the body is feeling and in particular locate areas of tension and stress. With this awareness we can learn to let go of some of our tension and develop more flow to our practice.

Mindfulness Group Practice Night

We are passionate about the benefits of mindfulness and to that end we hold regular practice nights where those with an established practice can practise with others. The sessions are also useful for those who have never practised before to start to explore mindfulness. At each session we explore different meditations and themes under the guidance of a qualified mindfulness teacher. We sometimes incorporate group discussion so we can tease out what we learned about our thinking style during the session.
