10 am to 11 am - Yoga for all class
11am to 11,30 am - Guided Body Scan Relaxation
11.30 am to 12.15 - Meditation workshop.
12.15 to 12.45 - Break
12.45 - 1330 - Restorative Yoga
1330 - 1400 - Guided Yoga Nidra.
Meditation Using the Five Senses

A relaxing 90 minute session where we will practise meditation using the five senses as the focal point. This will include candle gazing, chocolate meditation, Tibetan singing bowls and use of essential oils.
Yoga Nidra

Join us for a whole relaxing hour of a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Making yourself comfortable using bolsters and blankets you will encounter deep relaxation of body and mind.
