10 am to 11 am - Yoga for all class
11am to 11,30 am - Guided Body Scan Relaxation
11.30 am to 12.15 - Meditation workshop.
12.15 to 12.45 - Break
12.45 - 1330 - Restorative Yoga
1330 - 1400 - Guided Yoga Nidra.
Meditation Using the Five Senses

A relaxing 90 minute session where we will practise meditation using the five senses as the focal point. This will include candle gazing, chocolate meditation, Tibetan singing bowls and use of essential oils.
Summer Reset

Before we head off for the summer season join us for a blend of varied and interesting activities to energise and harmonise body and mind.
The programme will include a fun 80s cardio fitness session, yoga, pranayama, Yoga nidra, relaxation and meditation and a pilates workshop. Something for everyone.
