Please read the Terms and Conditions prior to booking 

It is your responsibility to ensure that at the time of booking you have selected and booked the correct time and the correct date. Classes are allocated once full payment is received on a first come first served basis, and payments are final sales and no refunds are given.

If you have made an error in booking please contact the studio by email within 24 hours so that the booking can be amended and an alternative equivalent booking is made (subject to availability).

Classes are available to book up to four weeks in advance. We reserve the right to cancel a class on giving notice and in such circumstances a full refund will be given. We reserve the right to substitute a different teacher to the one advertised or the usually class teacher. 

Class participants MUST arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of the class. Participants will not be admitted to the class once the class has started and in such circumstances no refund will be given to the participant.

Class participants are to advise the teacher of any illness, injury or pregnancy prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy

Single Bookings 

Purchases of single or drop in classes on line or in person are final sales and no refunds are given in the event of customer cancellation or failure to attend the session.

12 Class Pass

The purchase of a 12 class pass in person or online is a final sale. The pass can be used to book 12 classes occurring within 30 days of the date of purchase of the pass. The pass cannot be used to purchase workshops, courses, retreats or other events. Booking into a specified class is subject to space being available in any particular class. Classes must be taken within the specified 30 days period from date of purchase. Once a class is booked using the pass it cannot be cancelled or transferred and no credit can be given. Any unused classes remaining on the pass at the expiry of the 30 days period will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they book the correct class and at the correct time as any mistakes not intimated to us within 24 hours of the time of the booking such as double booking cannot be rectified after the booking is made.

Classes covered by the pass are personal to the pass holder and cannot be transferred to a third party.

 
Workshops

The purchase of a Workshop in person or online is a final sale. No refund is given for non-attendance at the course or in the event of customer cancellation for any reason.

Monthly Unlimited Passes

Purchase of a monthly unlimited pass in person or online is a final sale. The pass can be used book an unlimited number of classes occurring within the month in which the pass is issued in respect of and for a specified period of time. Only one booking per class (for the holder of the pass) is permitted. The monthly unlimited pass cannot be used to book workshops, courses or retreats or other such events. Booking into any specified class is subject to there being space available in such class. Passes are available to purchase in the week before the start of the specified month. In the event of a material change of circumstances or in the event of serious injury or illness which would prevent you from using the pass once purchased please contact the studio to discuss options. Refunds or extensions to the specified period of use are entirely at the discretion of the studio.
