Linda mainly teaches Hatha Yoga with focus on working with the breath and ensuring correct alignment. She has is passionate about the benefits that Yoga can bring and has experience in teaching all levels of yoga client. She also enjoys teaching Restorative yoga, relaxation and meditation, Yin yoga and children’s yoga. Linda also teaches Pilates with focus on correct breathing and alignment being a priority in her teaching. Linda also teaches Chair Yoga and Yoga and Pilates for the senior population. Linda is a certified Mindfulness Teacher and is certified by the Mindfulness Association to teach the Mindfulness Based Living Course.

Elspeth has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. Initially teaching Exercise to Music, Step and core fitness classes, Elspeth discovered the enormous benefits that yoga that brought to her life and has been passionate about teaching yoga since. Elspeth teaches Ashtanga styled and Vinyasa styled yoga with a clear emphasis on alignment, guided dialogue, demonstration and making yoga fun.
