We have a range of classes from dynamic flow yoga to a more gentle style. We have also introduced a selection of Pilates classes to the timetable as well as Mindfulness Courses and Reiki.

One to One Mindfulness

We are now very pleased to offer One to One Mindfulness Consultations with our fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher ( trained by the Mindfulness Association).

Whether you have experience of mindfulness or whether you are completely new to the practice, each bespoke consultation will be personalised to suit your specific needs and goals in a way which best fits your life style and life commitments.

It is well known that Mindfulness can assist with the management of stress and anxiety and with Mindfulness we learn to become aware of our tendency towards habitual thinking. During each session you will learn SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE techniques which can help to manage stress and anxiety and help you respond to the busy ness of life in a more balanced way.

At each session we will guide you through the practices and techniques and thereafter encourage self enquiry by listening to and exploring with you your experience of each practice to enable insight and learning to occur on an individual level.
